1. Press POWER switch on front of player to turn
power on.
Do not force a disc into the unit when the POWER switch is set
to OFF as this may damage the disc and the unit.
2. Insert a disc.
¶ Hold the disc with label surface upwards, and insert into the front
panel disc insertion slot .
¶ When playing an 8 cm disc, place the disc in a commercially available
CD adapter before inserting in the insertion slot.
¶ Each insertion slot can only accommodate one disc at a time. Never
attempt to load more than one disc at the same time, or attempt to
load a second disc when one disc has already been loaded.
¶ When loading a disc, do not placing any twisting force on the disc, or
try to force the disc into the slot. Also, do not attempt to interrupt or
defeat the motion of the disc when the player begins to draw a disc
into the slot or to eject a disc, since damage to the disc or player
could occur.
3. During playback, press the PLAY/PAUSE button
(38) or if a cue point has been specified press the
CUE button to back-cue before pressing the EJECT
button (0) to eject a disc
¶ When the EJECT button is pressed, disc rotation stops and the disc is
ejected from the loading slot.
¶ If the disc fails to be ejected when the EJECT button is pressed, the
accessory forced eject pin can be inserted into the front-panel's
forced eject hole to eject the disc.

CAUTION:
Do not attempt to press a disc back into the slot when the EJECT
indicator appears. Pressing a disc back into the slot while the
EJECT indicator appears may cause the player to stop. In this case,
press the EJECT button again and wait until the EJECT indicator
goes out before reinserting the disc.

1. Presione el interruptor POWER del panel frontal del
reproductor para conectar la alimentación.
No fuerce la introducción de un disco en la unidad cuando el
interruptor POWER esté desconectado (en OFF) porque podría
dañar el disco y la unidad.
2. Inserte un disco.
÷ Tome el disco con la etiqueta arriba, e insértelo en la ranura de
inserción de discos del panel frontal.
÷ Para reproducir discos de 8 cm, inserte el disco en un adaptador de
discos CD, de venta en las tiendas del ramo, antes de insertarlo en el
reproductor de CD.
÷ Cada ranura de inserción sólo puede acomodar un disco a la vez. No
intente nunca introducir más de un disco al mismo tiempo ni de
insertar otro disco cuando ya haya insertado un disco en el
reproductor.
÷ Cuando inserte el disco, no aplique fuerza en el disco ni trate de
forzarlo adentro de la ranura. No intente tampoco interrumpir ni de
cancelar el movimiento del disco cuando el reproductor empieza a
insertar un disco en la ranura o a expulsar un disco, porque podría
ocasionarse daños al disco o al reproductor.
3. Durante la reproducción, presione el botón PLAY/
PAUSE (38) o, si se ha especificado un punto de
localización, presione el botón CUE para efectuar la
localización regresiva antes de presionar el botón
EJECT (0) para expulsar un disco.
÷ Cuando se presiona el botón EJECT, se detiene la rotación del disco
y éste sale expulsado por la ranura de inserción.
÷ Si el disco no sale expulsado al presionar el botón EJECT, podrá
insertar el pasador de expulsión forzada accesorio en el orificio de
expulsión forzada del panel frontal para expulsar el disco.(ver pág. 8)
PRECAUCIÓN:
No intente presionar un disco de nuevo adentro de la ranura cuando
haya aparecido el indicador EJECT. Si se presiona un disco hacia la
ranura mientras aparece el indicador EJECT puede causar la parada
del reproductor. En este caso, presione de nuevo el botón EJECT y
espere a que se apague el indicador EJECT antes de reinsertar el
disco.
