Permits the pre-assigned extension user to call another user who
has set the Do Not Disturb feature. Dialing "1" enables the caller
to override the DND programmed on the called extension's
telephone and causes the telephone to ring.
Class of Service (COS) programming determines the extension users who
can perform DND Override.
