If there is any trouble,
disconnect
the
unit from the extension
line and
connect
a known working
phone.
If
the known working
phone operates
properly,
have the defective
phone
repaired
by one of the specified
Panasonic
Factory Service Centers.
If
the known working
phone does not
operate
properly,
check the
Electronic
Modular
Switching
System
and the Internal extension
wiring.

compliance

When
programming
emergency
numbers
and/or
making test calls to
emergency
numbers:
1) Remain
on the line and briefly
explain
to the dispatcher
the
reason for the call before hanging
UP.
2) Perform
such activities in the off-
peak hours, such as early morning
hours or late evenings.
INSTALLATION:
1) Never install telephone
wiring
during
a lightning
storm.
2) Never install telephone
jacks in
wet locations
unless the jack is
specifically
designed
for wet
locations.
3) Never touch uninsulated
telephone
wires or terminals
unless the
telephone
line has been
disconnected
at the network
Interface.
4) Use caution
when installing
or
modifying
telephone
lines.
