To verify voltage measurement accuracy
In this test, you verify the voltage measurement accuracy by measuring the
output of a power supply using dual cursors on the oscilloscope, and
comparing the results with a multimeter.
Test limits: 1.5% of full scale 1 LSB*
Full scale is defined as 16 mV on the 1 mV/div range. Full scale on all
other ranges is defined as 8 divisions times the V/div setting.
* 1 LSB = 0.4% of full scale
