A device path is a slash-separated sequence of device IDs that identifies the location
of a component in the system. Device paths appear in the details pane of ftSMC. They
use the following syntax:
Level-1 device ID/Level-2 device ID/Level-3 device ID/Level-4 device ID
For example, referring to
I/O Enclosure - 11/SATA Controller - 1/Port - 2
