If you frequently change a recommended temperature it may
be a good idea to change it permanently.

TEMPERATURES
^ Select the function you want and change the temperature.
The display can be switched on or off.
If it is switched off the display will darken in about 60 seconds
after switching the oven off.
The contrast and brightness can be adjusted.
