lines are as follows:
Size and weight
The size and weight of documents which you can load in the document feeder
depends on whether you load one sheet at a time or several sheets at once.
One sheet at a time:

The area of the documeniwhieh is scanned by the machine is slightl) smaller than the actual
document size. An>'letters or graphics outside this area cannot be transmitted.
Scanning width:
210 mm
Scanning length:
The length of the sheet minus 4 mmfrom both the top and bottom
edges.
Other restrictions
Documents written in yellow, greenish yellow, or light blue ink cannot be transmit-
ted, as the scanner does not recognise these colours.
Ink, glue, and correcting fluid on documents must be dry before they are transmit-
ted.
All clips, staples, and pins must be removed from documents before transmission.
If these are not removed, they may damage the machine.
Documents which are patched, taped, torn, smaller than the minimum size, carbon
backed, or easily smudged should be photocopied, and the copy used for
transmission.
