Set the language of the display text.
When "automatic" is set, the language of
your service provider is used. Reset to this
language in standby mode:

T9 preferred
Activate/deactivate intelligent text entry.
Input language
Select language for text entry. Languages
with T9 support are marked with the
symbol.
Background
Set background graphic for display.
Logo
Choose picture to be displayed instead of
the provider logo.
Colour scheme
Select colour scheme for the entire user
interface.
Screensaver
The screensaver shows a picture in the
display when a period set by you has
elapsed. An incoming call and/or pressing
any key will end the function except if the
safety function is activated. With code
protection, the PIN must be entered.

Shown when phone is switched on.
Shut down animation
Shown when phone is switched off.
Own greeting
Enter greeting to be displayed when
phone is switched on.
Big letters
You can choose between two font sizes
for the display.
Illumination
Set display illumination to brighter/darker.
The darker the setting the longer the
standby time.
Contrast
Set colour display contrast.

When you make a call, your phone
number can be displayed on the recipi-
ent's display (depending on the service
providers).
Call waiting
If you are registered for this service, you
can check whether it is set and you can
activate/deactivate it (see also p. 11).
Divert
You can specify when calls should
be diverted to your mailbox or other
numbers.
