If one or more receivers have symptoms of broken audio or video or no signal, refer to the
troubleshooting flow charts below and on the following pages. If necessary, contact LG for
additional troubleshooting help.
Broken Audio/Video on
Receiver or No Signal
Access the PIVD100R System
Status (via GUI) or System
Monitor (via command line)
display and observe the
system configuration/data.
Check that both the signal level
and output bitrates for each STB
are within the parameters/range
recommended by the STB
manufacturer.
Reset any STBs with lower
than ideal signal level or
output bitrates. Use "reset"
(Reset STB) command
described in this document.
