Slide the POWER switch until the

Press RE(" START/STOP.
Recording starts [REC] appears on the
LCD screen and the Camera recording lamp
lights up Press RE(: START/STOP again
to stop recording.
To turn the power off

Slide the POVI'ER switch up to the OFF
(CHG) position.
2 Set the LENS (:OVER switch to CLOSE.
To cancel EasyHandycamoperation
Press EASY again.

• You cannot trim Easy Handycam opelation on o! off

• Dining Easy Han@cam operation, the tbllowing
buttons are not available:
LCD BACKLIGHT (p 21)
BACK LIGHT (p 38)
• Dining Easy Handycam operation, the settings of the
fimctions that are not displayed on the screen remm
to their defaults. Previously made settings are
restored when you cancel Easy Handycam
operation
Set the LENS COVER switch to OPEN.
Open the LCD panel.
Slide the POWER switch repeatedly
until the CAMERA-MEM lamp lights
up.

The EASY lights up in blue
Press and hold PHOTO lightly.
You will hear a light beeping sound when
the focus and brighmess settings are
adjusted. Recording does not start at this
point
Press PHOTO fully.
A shutter sound is heard. When bars of
1111_ disappear, the image is recorded on
the "Memol3: Stick Duo."
To turn the power off

Slide the PO\VER switch up to the OFF
(CHG) position.
2 Set the LENS (:OVER switch to CLOSE.
To cancel EasyHandycamoperation
Press EASY again
