DRAWERS
Fruit & Vegetable Drawers
The storage drawers at the bottom of the flesh food
compartment
are designed
to provide
high humidity
levels requked
by most vegetables
and lower
humidity
levels required for most ffuits_
When replacing
the drawers, always push them all
the way in,
Storage time will depend upon the type of food and its
condition
when placed in the drawers,,
Excess water that may accumulate
in the bottom of the
drawer's should be emptied and the drawers
wiped dry°

to provide lower
humidity
storage for items such as:
o Apples
* Nectarines
• Raspberries
• Apricots
o Oranges
° Squash, summer

This refligerated
drawer is designed
to keep
unwrapped
foods fresh by retaining
the natural
moisture
