CONTROLS AND FEATURES
Choke/Fast Idle Lever
The choke/fast idle lever opens and
closes the choke valves in the
carburetors.
The lever will not move unless the
gearshift/throttle control lever is in
the N (neutral) position. The fast idle
lever must be in it's lowest position
for you to move the gearshift/throttle
control lever out of neutral.

MAXIMUM FAST IDLE
LOWEST POSITION
The CHOKE position enriches the
fuel mixture for starting a cold
engine. The raised lever positions
also increase the idle speed to prevent
stalling.
The LOWEST position provides the
correct fuel mixture for operation
after starting, and for restarting a
warm engine.
