Overview
Summit port option cards are available for the Summit X350, X450, X450a, X450e, and X460 series
switches. These option cards are installed in an option slot on the rear panel of compatible switches. The
option slot is covered by a blank panel if the option card is not installed.
Summit family switches support the following types of port option cards:
Summit XGM-2xn option card: Adds one or two 10-gigabit XENPAK optical transceivers to a
