Acompilation ofacovered work with o ther separate and i ndependent works, which are not by their nature extensions of
the covered work, and w hich are not combined with itsuch as to form alarger program, inor on avolume ofastorage or
distribution medium, iscalled an "aggregate" ifthe compilation and its resulting copyright are not used tolimit the access or
legal rights of t he compilation's users beyond what the individual works permit. Inclusion ofacovered work inan aggregate

received by aparticular user, "normally used" refers toatypical orcommon use ofthat class ofproduct, regardless ofthe
status ofthe particular user or ofthe way i nwhich the particular user actually uses, or expects orisexpected touse, the
product. Aproduct isaconsumer product regardless ofwhether the product has s ubstantial commercial, industrial ornon-
consumer uses, unless such u ses represent the only s ignificant mode ofuse ofthe product.
"Installation Information" for a User Product means any m ethods, procedures, authorization keys, orother information required
toinstall and e xecute modified versions ofacovered work inthat User Product from amodified version ofits Corresponding
Source. The i nformation must suffice toensure that the continued functioning ofthe modified object code isinno case
prevented or interfered with s olely because modification has b een made.
Ifyou c onvey an object code work under this section in, o r with, orspecifically for u se in, a User Product, and t he conveying
occurs as part ofatransaction inwhich the right ofpossession and u se ofthe User Product istransferred tothe recipient in
perpetuity orfor a fixed term (regardless ofhow the transaction ischaracterized), the Corresponding Source conveyed under
this s ection must be accompanied by the Installation Information. But this r equirement does not apply ifneither you nor any
third p arty retains the ability toinstall modified object code on the User Product (for e xample, the work has b een installed in
ROM).
The r equirement toprovide Installation Information does not include arequirement tocontinue toprovide support service,
warranty, or updates for a work that has b een modified orinstalled by the recipient, or for t he User Product inwhich ithas
been modified or installed. Access toanetwork may b e denied when the modification itself materially and a dversely affects the
operation ofthe network or violates the rules and p rotocols for c ommunication across the network.
Corresponding Source conveyed, and I nstallation Information provided, inaccord with t his section must beinaformat that is
publicly documented (and w ith a nimplementation available tothe public insource code form), and m ust require no special
password orkey f or u npacking, reading orcopying.
7. Additional Terms.
"Additional permissions" are terms that supplement the terms ofthis License by making exceptions from one o r more ofits
conditions. Additional permissions that are applicable tothe entire Program shall be treated as though they were included in
this L icense, to the extent that they a re valid u nder applicable law. Ifadditional permissions apply only t opart of t he Program,
