TROUBLESHOOTING

Frequent issues
• Can not see more than 30 folders but my HDD or USB
key has more
• The hard disk drive is no more recognized after
copying files from the PC
• Does not sort files by alphabetical order properly
• EPG date / time is sometimes incorrect after reboot
• Timeshift function is limited to 30 minutes
• DTV setup menu is not accessible
• The remote control doesn't work anymore
The Movie Cube doesn't respond to the remote
control


than 720x576
 Output video with a 1080p resolution
 Support more than 30 minutes recording in
Timeshift mode

Solution

Download the latest firmware

Eject the media properly with the "safely eject"
function under Windows or install the latest
firmware

Normal behavior, due to the improvement of
number of files / folders supported this option
has been disabled

Reboot the Movie Cube

Normal behavior, it is a hardware limitation

DTV setup menu is only available from the DTV
menu

Change the batteries
