+12VDC terminal on
board.

1. Connect the WHITE
and GREEN wires to
AC1 and AC2 power
terminals.
2. Connect BLACK
ground wire to odd
numbered board termi-
nal.
3. Connect RED signal
wire to even numbered
board terminal.
