such diagnostic work i sperformed atawarranty station.
(7) The engine manufacturer isliable f or d amages toother engine components proximately caused by afailure u nder warranty ofany warranted
part.
(8)Throughout the engine's warranty period defined inSubsection (a)(2), MTD will m aintain a supply ofwarranted parts s ufficient tomeet the
expected demand forsuch parts.
(9)Any replacement part m ay b eused i ntheperformance ofany warranty maintenance orrepairs and must beprovided without charge tothe
owner. Such use will n ot r educe the warranty obligations ofMTD.
(10) Add-on ormodified parts t hat a re not e xempted bythe AirResources Board may not b eused. The use ofany non-exempted add-on or
modified parts s hall begrounds fordisallowing awarranty claim made i naccordance with this article. The engine manufacturer shall not b e
liable u nder this article t owarrant failures ofwarranted parts c aused bythe use ofnon-exempted add-on ormodified part.
