Port is in wrap mode somewhere on the ring.
Port is in wrap mode locally.
Port is not in pass-through mode.
Port is in pass-through mode.
Mate port is not synchronized.

Port is not enabled by software.
Port is enabled by software, and there is a valid SONET signal
without alarms.
Port is enabled by software, and there is at least one alarm (LOS,
LOF, RDI, and so on).
