Full ONE YearWarranty
Maytag will repair or replace, including
related labor and travel, any part
which
proves
defective
as
to
workmanship or materials.
Limited TEN Year Warranty
Maytag will repair or 'eplace, at its
option, free of charge for parts and
labor only, any sealed system compo-
nent (compressor. condenser, evapo-
rator, drier and interconnecting tubing)
which is defective due to workmanship
or materials. All other costs, including
mileage, transportation, trip charge
and diagnostic charge, if required,
shall be the responsibility of the
owner.
Food Loss
If there is a food loss due to a failed
component covered by this warranty,
Maytag will provide reimbursement as
indicated by the chart orovided. Total
cumulative reimbursement shall not
exceed amount indicated below:

IN NO EVENT SHALL MAYTAG BE
LIABLE
FOR
INCIDENTAL
OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
This warranty gives you specific legal
rights, and yeu may have others which
vary from state to state. For example,
some states do not allow the exclusion
or limitation of incidental or conse-
quential damages, so this exclusion
may not apply to you.

> Replacement of household fuses, resetting of circuit breakers, or correction to
household wiring or plumbing.
Normal product maintenance and cleaning, including light bulbs.
Products with original serial numbers removed, altered, or not readily determined.
Products purchased for commercial, industrial, rental, or leased use.
Products located outside of the United States or Canada.
Premium service charges, if the servicer is requested to perform service in addition
to normal service or outside normal service hours or area.
Adjustments after the first year.
Repairs resulting from the following:
• Improper installation or maintenance.
• Any modification, alteration, or adjustment not authorized by Maytag.
• Accident, misuse, abuse, fire, flood, or acts of nature.
• Connections to improper electrical supply.

warranty:
Please have your model and serial numbers ready and call our parts specialists at
1-877-232-6771 inside U.S.A. from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. central time Monday through
Friday. Outside the U.S.A., contact your local appliance dealer or parts distributor.
Service must be performed by an authorized Maytag service representative. Product
must be reasonably accessible for service. To schedule service, contact the Maytag
dealer where you purchased your appliance.
