Usingthe SabbathFeature.

TheSabbathfeature can be usedfor baking/roastingonlg It cannot be usedfor convection,broiling, self-cleaning, or
Delay Start cooking.
NOTE:Theoven light comes on automatically (on some modem when the door is openedand goes off when the door is closed.
Thebulb may be removed.See the OvenLight Replacementsection. Onmodels with a light switch on the control panel, the oven
light may be turned on and left on.
How to Set for Regular Baking/Roasting

display shows SE
NOTE:11bake or broil appears in the
display, the BAKEand BROIL
HI/tO
pads
were not touched at the sanle tinle.
Touch the CLEAR/OFFpadand begin
ag;dn.
Tap the DELAYSNIFF pad until SAb bAtH
appears in the display.

Touchthe
SNRT pad and D will appear
in the d splay.

Touch the BAKEpad. No signal will
be given.

When the display shows D the
oven is set in Sabbath. When the
display shows D C the oven is
bakflTg/roasting.

sing the nmnber pads, enter the desired
temperature
between 170° and 550°,
No signal or temperature
will be given.

Touch the STARTpad.

After a random dela) period ot
approximatel)
30 seconds to 1 minute,
D C will appear in the display indicatino-
that the oven is baking/roasting. It'D c
doesn't appear in the display, start
again at Step 4.
To adjust the oven temperature,
touch the
BAKEpad, enter the new temperature
using
the number pads, and touch the
STARTpad.
NOTE:The CLEAR/OFF a nd COOKING TIMEpads
are active during the Sabbath teature.
When the display shows D the
oven is set in Sabbath. When the
display shows D C the oven is
bakhTg/roasting.
How to Set for Timed Baking/Roasting-Immediate
Start and Automatic Stop
Makesuretheclockshowsthecorrecttimeof da}_

Press and hold both the BAKEand BROIL
HI/tO pads, at the same time,until the
display shows SF.
NOTE:If bake or broil appears in the
display, the BAKE and BROILHI/tO pads
were not touched at the same time.
Touch the CLEAR/OFFpad and beo'in
again.

Tap the DELAYSTARTpad until SAb bAtH
appears in the displa}.
[]
Touch the START pad and D will appear
in the displa}.
[]
Touch the COOKING rlMEpad.
[]

Touch the number pads to set the
desired length of cookino time between
O
1 minute and 9 hours and 99 minutes.
The cooking time that you entered will
be displa} ed.
Toudl the SNRT pad.

Touch the BAKEpad. No signal will be
given.

Using the number pads, enter the desired
temperature.
No signal or temperature
will be given.

Touch the START pad.

that the oven is 1)aking/roasting. IfD C
doesn't appear in the display, start
again at Step 7.
To adjust the oven temperature,
touch the
BAKEoad enter the new temperature

the number pads, and touch the STARTpad.
When cooking is thfished, the displaywill
change ti'om D C to D and 0:00will appear,
indicating that the oven has turned
OFFbut is still set in Sabbath. Remove
the cooked tood.
How to Exit the Sabbath Feature

in the display.
Press and hoM beth the BAKEand BROIL
HI/tO pads, at the same time, until the
display shows SE
Tap the DELAY STARTpad until 12shdn
or noshdnappears in the display. 12shdn
indicates
that the oven will automatically
mrn off after 12 hours,
no shdn indicates
that the oven will not automatically
mrn ottl

Touch the STARTpad.
NOTE: ff a power outage oc_au'redwhile
the oven was in Sabbath, the oven will
automatically mrn otl and stayoff even
when the power returns. The oven
control must be reset.
