INSTALLING USB DRIVER

Use the following procedure to install the USB driver:

If you add a USB card (PCI card, PC card, etc.) on
your PC, do it following the instruction manual
for USB card, before connecting the DVD video
camera/recorder to PC.

Insert the provided CD-ROM into PC, set the
power switch of DVD video camera/recorder to
" VIDEO", and then use the provided PC
connection cable to connect the DVD video
camera/recorder to the USB terminal of PC.

The Hardware Wizard will start: Choose "Install
from a list or specific location (Advanced)", and
then click "Next" (a figure will appear when

Windows XP is used).

Choose "Search for best driver in these
locations", check "Include this location in the
search:", and then specify the folder to be
browsed:
