Access Synchronous and Continuous Access Journal secondary sites, irrespective of Continuous
Access Synchronous pair status. The Continuous Access Journal delta resync pair's status must be
HOLD or HLDE.
The Reverse Copy can only be performed when the Continuous Access Synchronous and

The Quick Restore can not be performed.

Thin Provisioning

Thin Provisioning volumes can be used with Business Copy P-VOLs, S-VOLs, and reserved volumes
with the following restrictions:
It is recommended that Thin Provisioning volumes are used for both the P-VOL and S-VOL.
When a Thin Provisioning volume is used for only the P-VOL, you cannot perform Quick
Restore.
When a Thin Provisioning volume is used for only the S-VOL, you cannot perform Quick
Restore. And, it is not recommended since the S-VOL consumes the same amount of the pool
capacity as the P-VOL.
You cannot perform Business Copy pair operations while you increase the capacity of Thin
Provisioning volumes.
You cannot create Business Copy pair using Thin Provisioning volume while initializing the
THP pool.
The maximum size of a Thin Provisioning volume that can be used as a Business Copy P-VOL,
