Among the non-HDLM devices in the ENABLED state, there might be two or
more devices whose tXdY portions in the logical device file name
(cUtXdYs2 format) are the same. In this case, change the currently
assigned controller number in /etc/vx/vxvm.exclude.

restart the VxVM daemon.
