To configure FICON management server, use the following steps:
1. Choose Configure > Management Server from the Product Manager

2. Enable or disable the management server when you click Enable
3. Enable or disable switch clock alert mode when you click the Director Clock
4. Allow or prohibit host control when you click the check box in the Host

Management Server check box. (To disable the management server, click the
check box again to remove the check mark.)
Alert Mode check box. When a check mark displays, the alert mode is
enabled.
Control Prohibited field. When a check mark displays, host control is
prohibited.
Programmed offline state control field. When a check mark displays,
programmed control of the offline state is allowed.
Active=Saved field. When a check mark displays, the Active=Saved mode is
enabled.
