To configure the e-mail settings:
1 Enter the SMTP server settings:

2 Enter the sender name and telephone number.
Description
Enter the IP address (IPv4 address or IPv6 address) of the SMTP mail server that
will be used to send e-mail to the selected users.
Enter the SMTP mail server login name with the complete address format. For
example, yyy@test.com.cn
If a password is required for the SMTP server, select the check box and enter the
password for the account.
