Solutions
Be sure cooktop surface and bottom of cooking utensils are clean
before usage. Small scratches on cooktop do not affect cooking
and will become less visible with time.
See "Cooktop Cleaning" and "Cooktop Maintenance" in the Care
and Cleaning section.
Use clean, smooth, flat-bottomed cookware.
Do not slide metal utensils on cooktop surface. Use a ceramic-
glass cooktop cleaning creme to remove the marks. See "Cooktop
Cleaning" and "Cooktop Maintenance" in the Care and Cleaning
section.
Boilovers are cooked onto surface. Use razor blade scraper to
remove soil. See "Cooktop Cleaning" and "Cooktop Maintenance"
in the Care & Cleaning section.
Remove discoloration using a ceramic-glass cooktop cleaning
creme. Always be sure to use cookware with clean, dry bottoms.
