• If you input the wrong number, touch
[RETURN] to reselect that number and
repeat the procedure.
• The internal clock starts operating after
you select the number for a minute and

Notes:
• Providing the date and time have been internally
set, they will always be recorded on the tape or
card, and you can choose to display them or not
(see page 50).
• The menu screen automatically turns off if no
settings are made within 5 minutes.
• You can also adjust the clock in the CLOCK SET
menu in DUAL-CAMERA or CARD-CAMERA
mode.

Using the Lens Cap

When attaching or removing the lens cap,
grasp the indents on both sides of the cap.
When recording, remove the lens cap and
attach the lens cap cord to the fastener so that
the cap will not get in the way.

• Always replace the lens cap on the lens when
the camcorder is not in use.
