Upgrading Storage Array Firmware
To upgrade your storage array firmware, you need to launch the Command
View SDM web interface.

In the Command View NAS web interface, click the Support tab.

Navigate down the tree to Upgrades, then select <Name of Array>.

Select Actions > Upgrade Array to launch the Command View SDM web
interface.
