Troubleshooting
Problem
"CHECK SP WIRES"
appears in the front panel
display.
There is noise interference
from digital or radio
frequency equipment.
The picture is disturbed.
This unit suddenly enters
the standby mode.

not learn new functions.

Cause
Speaker cables are short-circuited.
This unit is too close to the digital or high-
frequency equipment.
The video source uses scrambled or encoded
signals to prevent dubbing.
The internal temperature becomes too high and the
overheat protection circuitry has been activated.
Cause
Wrong distance or angle.
Direct sunlight or lighting (from an inverter type of
fluorescent lamp, etc.) is striking the remote
control sensor of this unit.
The batteries are weak.
The batteries do not last long and get quickly
exhausted.
The operation mode selector is set incorrectly.
The remote control code was not correctly set.
The remote control ID of the remote control and
this unit do not match.
Even if the remote control code is correctly set,
there are some models that do not respond to the
remote control.
The batteries of this remote control and/or the
other remote control are too weak.
The distance between the two remote controls is
too much or too little.
The signal coding or modulation of the other
remote control is not compatible with this remote
control.
Memory capacity is full.
Cause
The number of the connected HDMI components
is over the limit.
HDCP authentication failed.
Cause
The IP address is not set properly.
The network cable is not connected.
Remedy
Make sure all speaker cables are connected correctly.
Move this unit further away from such equipment.
Wait about 1 hour for this unit to cool down and then turn it
back on.
Remedy
The remote control will function within a maximum range of 6
m (20 ft) and no more than 30 degrees off-axis from the front
panel.
Reposition this unit.
Replace all batteries.
Using alkaline batteries is strongly recommended.
Set the backlight mode to "OFF".
Set the operation mode selector correctly.
When operating this unit, set it to the F AMP position.When
operating the component selected by the input selector button,
set it to the F SOURCE position. When operating the TV, set it
to the F TV position.
Set the remote control code correctly using
"List of remote control codes" at the end of this manual.
Try setting another code of the same manufacturer using "List
of remote control codes" at the end of this manual.
Match the remote control ID of this unit and the remote control.
Program the necessary functions independently into the
programmable buttons using the Learn feature.
Replace the batteries.
Place the remote controls at the proper distance.
Learning is not possible.
Delete other unnecessary functions to make room for the new
functions.
Remedy
Reduce the number of the connected HDMI components.
Check that the connected HDMI components support the HDCP
copy protection standards.
Remedy
Set the DHCP server function of the router to ON.
Alternately, perform manual configuration according to the
current operating environment.
Connect it properly.
