Using the Phonebook for broadcast fax

2. Click on New to display the Add a New Phonebook Entry
dialog box.
3. Enter the name, company name, and the fax number of the
recipient being added to the Phonebook. To move between
fields, press the Tab key or use the mouse.
PSFAXQ.COM must be loaded before starting Windows to send
a broadcast fax.
1. Prepare the document to be faxed from your Windows
application. When the document is ready to be faxed, issue
the PRINT command in the Windows application.
2. Click on Phonebook from the Fax or Print dialog box.
The Phonebook dialog box displays.
3. Do one of the following:
Select recipients from your Phonebook by clicking on

each one.
Highlight each entry you want to select with the arrow

key, and press Spacebar to select it.
4. Click OK after you have selected all broadcast fax recipients.
The broadcast fax starts immediately if you have not chosen
to use a cover page.
If you have chosen to use a cover page, the Cover Page
dialog box appears.
5. Fill in the fields as desired.
6. Click Start Fax.
Each broadcast fax recipient receives the same cover page
with the appropriate name and company name filled in.
