Setting cable box's brand andchannel
After installation, set the cable box's brand and channel
correctly; otherwise, the Controller cannot work
correctly.
• Turn on the unit.
• Turn on the TV and select the AV mode.
• Slide the TV/CABLE/DBS/DVD switch to DVD.
Turnon the cablebox.
Turn oil the cable box's power.
I_1 Access the Main Menuscreen.
Press SET UP.
I_1 Access the "CABLE BOXSET"screen.
[] Press <" _ to move the
arrow to "INITIAL SET
UP", then press ENTER.
[] Press <" _ to move the
arrow to "STB SET", then
press ENTER.
[] Press/\V to move the
arrow to "CABLE BOX
SET", then press ENTEr.
L_e Selectthecablebox's channel.
Your selection depends on
how the cable box is
connected to your unit.
[] Press/'\_ to move the
arrow to "CAB] E BOX
OUTPUT CH', then press
ENTER.
[] If the cable box is
connected to your unit's ANTENNA IN connector on
the rear panel, press/'\_ to select the channel
number representing the cable box's output (CH2 -
CH9), then press ENTER.
If the cable box is connected to your unit's AUDIO/
VIDEO INPUT connectors on the rear panel, press
/\V to select "[.-1" or "[.-2", then press ENTER.
If you do not use a cable box, press/\V to select
"OFF", then press ENTER.
