Note: Threading the set screws in will increase
the pressure on the compression springs that
force the steel balls into the indents of the
clutch. This will make it easier for the clutch
to slip when necessary.
Threading the set screws out will decrease
this pressure and make it harder for the
clutch to slip.
Important: Do not thread the set screws in
so much that the feedrod clutch will not slip if
the carriage meets resistance.
