How you should access the printer software varies depending
on the application, application version, and Windows version
you are using. Read the following to get a general idea of how
to access the software.
1. Choose Print or Print Setup from the File menu.
2. Click Printer, Setup, Properties, or Options in the dialog box
that appears. (You may need to click a combination of these
buttons.)
The Main, Paper, and Layout (for Windows 95 and NT 4.0
only) menus contain the printer driver settings. The Utility
menu contains the printer utilities.
3. Click the corresponding tab at the top of the window to view
a menu.

and pages 4-5 to 4-14 in this chapter. See page 4-15 for
information on the printer utilities.

From Windows 95 or Windows NT 4.0

Follow these steps to access the printer software from My
Computer.
1. Double-click the My Computer icon.
2. Double-click the Printers folder.
3. For Windows 95, right-click your printer icon, and click
Properties.
For Windows NT 4.0, right-click your printer icon, then
click Document Defaults.
