1. Place the V-belt onto the motor pulley

2. Turn the two nuts to adjust so that there is 20 - 30
mm of deflection in the V-belt
the midway point with a force of 9.8 N.
1. Assemble the cotton stand while referring to the cot-
ton stand instruction manual.
2. Install the cotton stand to the cotton stand mounting
hole in the work table with the nut
