Values and Descriptions
0 = lance_mode disabled
1 = lance_mode enabled (default)
0 to 30 = Additional IPG before transmitting
a packet (after receiving a packet)

0 = Forced mode
1 = Autonegotiation (default)
Local PCS capability advertised by the hardware
0 = Not 1000 Mbits/sec full duplex capable
1 = 1000 Mbits/sec full duplex capable (default)
Local PCS capability advertised by the hardware
0 = Not 1000 Mbits/sec half duplex capable
1 = 1000 Mbits/sec half duplex capable (default)
Local PCS capability advertised by the hardware
0 = Not Pause TX capable (default)
1 = Pause TX capable
