Using the Optional Subwoofer

You can connect the optional 40 W subwoofer to provide rich, deep bass sound for your
movies, games, and other presentations with audio.
1. Connect the RCA audio cable that came with the optional subwoofer as shown below.
See the instructions included with the subwoofer for more information.
2. Plug in the subwoofer.
3. Turn on the power switches on the subwoofer and on MovieMate.
4. Turn the speaker side of the subwoofer toward your listeners for the best sound.
5. Play your movie, game, or other presentation.
6. To adjust the volume and bass tones from the subwoofer, turn it's volume control and
crossover knobs. See the instructions included with the subwoofer for more information.
You can also adjust the volume using MovieMate's control panel or remote control, and
use any of MovieMate's other audio controls, as described on pages 42 through 43.
