_WAR_IIING:
LASER LIGHT. LASER RADIATION° Avoid Direct Eye Exposure,
DO NOT stare into beam. Only turn laser beam on when the saw is on the workpiece.
The laser is factory
installed and aligned. Class Ilia laser.

NOTE: Make a trial cut on a piece of scrap material to ensure the laser is aligned properly.

USING THE LASER TRAC

LASER GUIDE

To operate the laser guide:
[] Remove battery pack from saw
[] Mark the line to be cut on the workpieceo
Adjust the depth and angle of the cut as
neede&
[] Install the battery pack.,
[] Slide the Laser!LED switch back to turn
laser on,
[] Start the saw,

NOTE: Do not touch the blade to the
workpiece
until the saw has reached
maximum
speed.
[] Align laser beam with fine-of-cut and slowly
push the saw forward into the workpiece
[] Once the cut is complete, release the
trigger switch and allow the saw to come to
a complete stop
[] Always turn laser beam off when you have
finished cutting,
USING THE LED WORKLIGHT
(Fig. I4 & '16)
The saw is equipped with a fixed-position
worklight for better visibility when cutting,,
To operate the LED worklight:
[] Slide the Laser/LED
switch forward to turn
worklight on,
NOTE: The laser guide or worklight
will
automatically
shut off approximately
four to seven minutes
after the switch
trigger is released,
_WARNIING;
The worklight
aids
in illuminating
the cut-line. It is NOT
a substitute
for adequate work area
lighting. Failure to obey this warning
could cause serious personal injury.
