Remove the pencilmarkings by light sandingor w!tha soft eraser a fterthe drawerpartshavebeengluedtogether.
TROUBLESHOOTING:
If thejoint istooloose: iNCREASE the depthof cut by INCREASING theamountbywhichtherouterbit extendsbeyond the basepiate by
1164"to 1/32"and make a trialcut.Continue adjustinguntil desired joint fit is attained,

If the jointis too tight: DECREASE thedepthof cut by DECREASING
theamountby whichthe routerbit extendsbeyond the baseplate by
1/64" to 1/32"andmakeatriaI cut.Continue adjustinguntildesiredjoint fit is attained.
If the joint is too shallow:Refer to Figure53. Loosen the clampingknobsholdingthetemplatebrackets andmovethetemplateINWARD
halfthe additional d epthneeded by turningthe camhandles. R etighten the clamping knobs.
It the joint is too deep:Refer to Figure54.Loosenthe clamping knobsholdingthetemplatebrackets and movethetemplateOUTWARD

With the templateclamped to the base,loosenthefour screwssecuring thetemplateto thetemplatebrackets, a ndmovethetemplate
slightlyto the Iuft.Tighten the fourscrewsand makeatrial cut.If movingthetemplateto the left did notcorrectthe condition,butmadeit
worse,loosenthe screwsandmovethetemplateto the righta smallamount.Tightenthefour screws and makeatriai cut.Continue
movingthetemplateto the rightuntilthe conditionis completeIy corrected, M AKESURE TOSECURELY TIGHTEN THEFOUR SCREWS.
