Hold springclipto the side of drawer.
Place the dividerend intospring clip.
Swingthe dividerintoposition,the
springclipwill hold it in place.
The dividermay be cut to fit from the
front to the backof the drawer.

• Stacked productsshouldbe boltedtogether.The productscould become unstable and

• WEAR SAFETY GLASSES when removingor repositioning the slides. The tool could
slipwhich may cause personalinjury.
• When the cover is opened, be sure the cover stop is in the lockedposition.This will
prevent accidentalclosure and personalinjury.
• BE CAREFUL when closingthe cover. Remove hands before the cover closes
completelyto prevent personalinjury.
• BE CAREFUL when openingmore than one drawer. The productmay become unstable
and tip, whichmay cause personalinjuryor productdamage.
• DO NOT mountthis producton a truck bed or any other movingobject. This may cause
personalinjuryor productdamage.
• DO NOT step in the drawers.You may fall which may cause personalinjury.
• Appropriately secure this productbeforemoving it with a forklift.
• Close the cover and lockthe drawersand doors before movingthis product.The
drawers or doors couldcome open and make the productunstableand tip,which may
cause personalinjuryor productdamage.
• DO NOT alter this productin any manner. For example, do notweld external Iockbarsor
attach electri#_.a| equipment.This may cause productdamage or personalinjury.
• Remove the work surface,if provided,from the cart before mountingthe chest. Failure
to do so may cause the chest to slide off, which may cause personalinjuryor product
damage.
° WEAR SAFETY GLASSES AND BE CAREFUL when movingthe cover rods. The rod
could springout of the hole, whichmay cause personalinjury.
• When lockingthis product,close the drawers before closingthe cover for Iockbarsto
work properly.
• Spread the weight out evenly in the tote trays. If the weightis not spreadevenly, the
contentscould shift and fall out,which may cause personal injury,and/or damage to the
contentsor tote tray.
• The maximumweight for each drawershouldbe no more than 50 pounds.

DRAWER
REMOVAL:
= Fully extend the drawer. Push it back a quarter of
an inch.
• Insert a screwdriver into the slot in the slide and push
in on the stop until it clears the lance. Repeat the
procedure on the other slide and remove the drawer.

° To reinstall the drawer, pry the stop far enough out to engage the lance and push the
draweronto the slidesuntilthe stopspass over the lances.
LUBRICATIO.N.
Lubricate the top and bottom channels of the drawer slides at least
twice a year.
REPOSITIONING
THE COVER
RODS: The cover rod can be repositioned
for
customized storage needs.
• Hold the rod firmly at both ends. Slide the rod to one end and flex the center portion of
the rod until its end is free of the hole.
• Insert the rod into an alternate hole location and reverse this procedure. WEAR
SAFETY GLASSES and use extreme caution during this procedure.
