Verifying Interfaces and Extended Link Protocol

To verify the FCIP interfaces and Extended Link Protocol (ELP) on Device Manager, follow these steps:
Make sure you are connected to a switch that contains an IPS module.
Step 1
Select FCIP from the Interface menu.
Step 2
Click the Interfaces tab if it is not already selected. You see the FCIP Interfaces dialog box.

Click the ELP tab if it is not already selected. You see the FCIP ELP dialog box.

Checking Trunk Status

To check the trunk status for the FCIP interface on Device Manager, follow these steps:
Step 1 Make sure you are connected to a switch that contains an IPS module.
Select FCIP from the IP menu.

Click the Trunk Config tab if it is not already selected. You see the FCIP Trunk Config dialog box. This

Step 4 Click the Trunk Failures tab if it is not already selected. You see the FCIP Trunk Failures dialog box.
