PDW8900 Series
The CLEANlight is illuminated when the selected cgcle and enhancements are complete. The light will
stag ON until a pad is pressed or the door is opened and then closed.
PDW9700 and PDW9900 Series
The CLEANlight is illuminated and a double beep will sound when the selected cgcle and enhancements
are complete. You mag remove the dishes at ang time. Note the high-efficiencg fan will run quietly for 30
minutes to 4 hours (depending on selected cgcle) after the CLEANlight is illuminated to continue drying
the dishes.The fan can be turned off bg opening the door and pressing ang kegpad.
NOTE:To turn off the audible end-of-cgcle signal (or re-activate it if it was previously disengaged), press
the HEATEDDRYpad 5 times within 3 seconds.A triple beep will sound to indicate the end-of-cgcle beep
option has been toggled.
NOTE:If you are not using the SmartDispense and you want to turn the LOW DETERGENT LEDlight off,
press the ADDED HEATpad 5 times within 3 seconds.You will hear three beeps, then the light will go off.
You can turn the light back on bg pressing the ADDED HEATpad 5 times within 3 seconds.

START/RESET
What It Means
Cgcle has been interrupted bg pressing the START/RESET p ad. Light will quit
flashing after the dishwasher automatically drains out the water
Recommended dishwasher products.
GErecommends the following products for use in its
dishwashers:
• For your Manual Washer Dispenser, Cascade ®
and ElectrasoF powder, liquid or gel automatic
dishwasher detergents are approved.
• For your SmartDispense Detergent Dispenser, use
only the recommended detergents listed on page
10 of this manual.
• Jet Dry ®and Cascade Crystal Cleare to remove
spots and prevent new film buildup on gour dishes,
glasses,flatware, cookware and plastic.
• Cascade_"_ Plastic Booster" to remove red staining
inside gour dishwasher that can come from some
tomato-based stains.
• Only use liquid or gel automatic dishwasher
detergent in the SmartDispense.
• Cerama Bryte _"_ StainlessSteelAppliance Cleaner
to clean the stainless steel panel of GEand Profile"
stainless exterior dishwashers.
• Jet Dry ® Dishwasher Cleaner to help remove
some hard water mineral stains that can occur
in hard water conditions,
