How it Works
TurboCooY _ rapidly cools the refl_igerator
coml)artn_ent in order to more quickly
cool fi)o(ls. Use TurboCoolwhen adding a
large amount of fi)od to the x'eflJgex'ator
coml)artment, putting away fi)o(ls after they
have been sitting out at room temperature
or when putting
away waxm leflovex_. It can
also be used if the refl_igerator has been
without power fin" an extended period.
Once acfiw_ted, the compressor will tm'n on
immediately and the tiros will cycle on and
off at high speed as needed fi)r eight horns.
The compressor will continue to run tmfil
the refrigerator compartment cools to
approximately 34°F (l °C), then it will cvcle
on and off to maint;fin this setting. _Mter
8 hom_, or if TurboCoolis pressed again,
the refrigerator compartment will return
to the original setting.
How to Use
Press TurboCooL
T he refl_igerator
temperature display will show TC.
_Mter TurboCool is complete, the refi_gerator
compartment will retm'n to the original
setting.
NOTES:

This provides two separate cooling systems
fin" the entire trait, and separates the
ai_low between the fl'esh food and fl'eezer
sections (lining nomml cooling operations.*
This ensures that the humidi V levels in the
fresh t0od section are significantly higher
than in a conventional system,** allowing
fresh produce and other unsealed foods to
retain their moisture content and ti'eshness
longe_: Moisture sensitive t0ods such as
fresh ti'uit, salads, rice, etc., can now be
stored on open shelves without excessive
moistm'e loss. Due to the higher humidi_'
in the reliigeram_; you may on occasion
experience log or small amotmts of
moisture in the reli_igerator compartment.
This is nomml and may come and go as
(litti_rent ti)()(l loads and enviromnental
conditions change. Wipe (h T with a paper
towel if desired.
The separate ai_{low system minimizes
the mixing of air between the two
compartments, which reduces odor
transter to improve the taste of ice.
The

fl'eezer burn.
