Toner on Back of Print

There is toner on the back of the
printed sheet of paper.
1. Clean the printer interior.
2. Inspect the paper that is loaded in
the paper trays. Is the paper
clean and free of toner?
3. Ensure that the loaded media
matches the front panel settings.
In some cases, switching the
paper type setting, for example
from Heavy Laser Paper to Thin
cover/Index, may improve
print-quality.
4. Clean and inspect the Fuser.
5. If the Bias Transfer Roller or Belt
Cleaner Assembly is near the end
of its life, replace that part.
