TROUBLESHOOTING

Symptom
The photo frame
does not turn on.
The screen display is
too dark.
The photo frame
turns off suddenly.

Cause
There is no power to the photo
frame.
The power connector to the
photo frame is not securely
inserted.
The display brightness is not
properly adjusted.
The Auto Timer function is
activated.
The power is suddenly cut off.

Solutions / Corrective
Actions
Connect the AC power adapter to
the photo frame and plug it into an
active power outlet. Then press
the ON/OFF button to turn the
photo frame on.
Make sure you connect the AC
adapter to the photo frame
properly.
Select and set proper brightness
from the setup menu.
Set [Auto Timer] to [Off] or set
other [Auto Off At] time setting
from the setup menu.
Check if the AC power adapter
loosens from the photo frame or
power outlet.
