This type of defect might occur when
using preprinted forms, a large
quantity of narrow media, or a fuser
mode that is set too high for your
media.

Replace the print cartridge.

Clean the guide.

Replace the fuser.

Set the fuser to a lower temperature
mode.

problem remains after cleaning, or parts
are damaged or deformed, replace them.
