Equipment
Um die Übersicht und die Bestellung von Einrich-
tungen zu erleichtern, sind sogenannte "E-Nrn."
(Einrichtungskomplettnummern) geschaffen wor-
den. (Gilt nicht für 745-21). In Einrichtungsüber-
sichtsblättern sind die "E-Nrn." geordnet nach An-
wendungsgebieten, Unterklassen und Nahtabstän-
den. Weitere nähtechnische Angaben, wie das für
die Paspelbreite entsprechende Faltstempelmaß,
max. zulässige Paspelstreifenbreite, max. Nählän-
ge und engste Stelle für den Stoffdurchgang folgen
in den nächsten Spalten. Eine E-Nr. besteht aus
Einrichtungsgruppen, die mit Kurzzeichen verse-
hen sind, z. B.
E = Einrichtungsgruppen
K = linke und rechte Klammer
N = Näheinrichtung (Stichplatte, Nadelhalter,
Messer usw.)
P = Pneumatikteile für Paspelstreifen-
schneideinrichtung
S = Greif-Faltstempel u. Faltstempel
A = Auflage für Paspel
Aus welchen Teilen eine Einrichtungsgruppe zu-
sammengestellt ist, wird unter Angabe der Teile-
Nummern auf gesonderten Blättern aufgeführt. Die
Ausstattung für 745-21 ist auf dem Blatt "AS" aufge-
führt.
Sollen verschieden paspelierte Tascheneingriffe ge-
näht werden, so können zur "E-Nr." weitere Falt-
stempel ("S-Nrn.") unter Berücksichtigugng von
Nahtabstand und max. Nählänge bestellt werden,
z. B. zu E3 für beidseitig paspelierte Taschenein-
griffe zusätzlich S28 für einseitig rechts paspelierte
Tascheneingriffe.
Die Sohlenbreite des Greiffaltstempels und des
Faltstempels ist so bemessen, daß ein gut ge-
schlossener Tascheneingriff genäht wird. Um die-
ses auch bei dünnerem Nähgut oder beim Weglas-
sen einer Patte zu erreichen, sind Sohlen mit
größerer Breite als Zusatzausstattung lieferbar.

For better survey and easier ordering of the
equipment we have created so-called "E-Nr." (com-
plete equipment numbers) (not effective for the745-
21). In the equipment survey sheets the "E-Nr." are
listed according to fields of application, subclasses
and seam margins. Further technical data, such as
folder size, which is decisive for the piping width,
maximum admissible piping strip width, maximum
sewing length and narrowest point for the fabric
passage follow in the next columns. An "E-Nr." con-
sists of equipment groups which letter symbol, eg
E = Equipment groups
K = Left and right clamp
N = Sewing equipment (throat plate, needle
holder, knives, etc.)
P = Pneumatic parts for piping pre-slit device
S = Pick-up folder and folder
A = Piping tray
The parts of an equipment group with the respecti-
ve parts numbers are listed on separate sheets.
The equipment for the 745-21 may be found on
sheet "AS".
For sewing different piped pocket openings,further
folders ("S-Nr.") can be ordered for an "E-Nr.", ta-
king into consideration the seam margin and the
maximum sewing length, eg for the E3 for double pi-
ped pocket openings the S28 for single piping on
the right can be ordered.
The sole width of pick-up folder and folder is dimen-
sioned such that a well closed pocket opening is
sewn. To ensure this in thin material or when
sewing without flap, soles with a greater width are
available as an optional equipment.
