ESN (Key CD security) operation

Setting ESN security

This device incorporates an ESN (ECLIPSE Security Network) function.
ESN registers a particular music CD (the "key CD") as the CD that
unlocks the security. If the registered CD is not detected, the naviga-
tion and audio functions will be disabled when the unit is disconnected
from and reconnected to the vehicle's battery, for example when the
vehicle is serviced.
Registration of the key CD
Register one of the CDs in your collection as the key CD for the unit.
