• Load the EXB-PCM01 file for bank C of the
TRITON keyboard model into bank E-A.
• Load the EXB-PCM02 file for bank C of the
TRITON keyboard model into bank E-B.
• Load the EXB-PCM03 file for bank C of the
TRITON keyboard model into bank E-C.
• Load the EXB-PCM04 file for bank C of the
TRITON keyboard model into bank E-D.
The loading destination banks can be ordered in a
way other than as shown above. It is best to load
the data into the bank(s) E-A–E-H that will be most
convenient for you.
EXB-PCM boards can be installed in any slot 1–8.
( PG p.249)
1 If you have modified the settings or the order of
the programs of banks I-A or I-B, load banks I-A
and I-B from the disk included with the TRITON-
Rack.
The EXB-PCM01, 02, and 04 combinations are cre-
ated using programs for the EXB-PCM as well as
preloaded programs from banks I-A and I-B. For
this reason, you must also load the preloaded pro-
gram banks I-A and I-B if you load EXB-PCM01, 02,
or 04. ( p.81 "Data loading procedure")
2 Load C_BANK.PCG from the floppy disk included
with EXB-PCM01–04.
As described in steps 1–5 of "Data loading proce-
dure," select "C_BANK.PCG," and access the Load
C_BANK.PCG dialog box.
Next, select ".PCG Contents" and "To" as described
in step 6 part 2). Set these items as follows.
EXB-PCM01:
".PCG Contents": Bank I-C, "To": Bank E-A
EXB-PCM02:
".PCG Contents": Bank I-C, "To": Bank E-B
EXB-PCM03:
".PCG Contents": Bank I-C, "To": Bank E-C
"Load C_BANK.SNG too": On (checked)
".SNG Allocation": Clear
EXB-PCM04:
".PCG Contents": Bank I-C, "To": Bank E-D
"Load C_BANK.SNG too": On (checked)
".SNG Allocation": Append
When you check "Load C_BANK.SNG too" for
EXB-PCM03 and 04, the RPPR settings and pat-
terns will be loaded into Multi mode. If you set
".SNG Allocation" to Append for EXB-PCM04, the
C_BANK.SNG (multi data) that had been loaded
for EXB-PCM03 will be retained when the (addi-
tional) data is loaded.
3 Press the [F8] ("OK") key to execute the Load oper-
ation.
If you execute with ".PCG Contents" to set to All,
the programs and combinations of banks I-A, I-B,
I-C (or I-D), all drum kits, all user arpeggio pat-
terns, and the global settings will be overwritten.
If you wish to keep the data currently in the inter-
nal memory area, use "Save All" or "Save PCG" to
save it beforehand.
