Troubleshooting
Make sure the power cord is securely plugged into
the electrical outlet. Then make sure the power cord
is securely inserted into the AC adapter and that
the AC adapter is plugged into the printer's power
connector port.
Plug another electrical appliance into the electrical
outlet to confirm that it is operating correctly.
