9800 Configuration Settings

There are no user serviceable parts. DO NOT attempt service of this control system. Contact your dealer or
service center for service.
DIP Switches and Jumpers
Note: Switchbank B is totally disabled.
DIP Switch Key
A1 Test mode (normally off)
A2 In ON mode, add one high-speed pump (or blower) with heater
A3 In ON mode, add two high-speed pumps (or one high speed pump and blower) with heater
A4 In ON mode, add four high-speed pumps (or three high speed pumps and blower) with heater
A5—A9 N/A
A10 When switched on when spa is on, system will enter the Edit Menu for configuration settings. Do
not start the spa with A10 turned on or a CFE error will occur. (CFE errors are illegal configurations
such as a pump and blower set to run on the same output. The configuration must be corrected
before the spa will operate.
A11 N/A
A12 Persistent memory reset (used when spaq is powering up)
Note: A2, A3, and A4 work in combination. Example: A2 and A3 in the ON position and A4 in the OFF
position will allow 3 high speed pumps (or two high speed pumps and the blower) to run with the heater.
